The garment is designed to be very comfortable and uses premium fabrics. The weighted packets are designed to contour the body. You should feel the weight, however, it shouldn’t hurt. If the weight packets hurt, please remove some or all of them from the garment. It is up to you to choose the amount of weight that feels or works best! Please consult your physician before starting any physical workout program to address pre-existing health conditions or issues.

When adding extra body weight to your workout you want to be around 5-10% of your total body mass. This will help prevent overexertion, strains, or sprains on the body.

The garment, with weighted packets, is designed to be used during low-intensity activities, such as walking. No body damage will occur if you follow these instructions. If you decide to use the garment with weighted packets for activities with medium to high-intensity, such as running or jumping, then bruising may occur. The garment can be used for high-intensity activities only after the weighted packets have been removed.

The weighted compartments are designed and placed over your muscle groups and away from your joints. This will allow natural movement and less strain on weak points of the body.

Each person’s workout is different and we needed to appeal to a variety of people. Each person is able to select the amount of weight that is right for them.

Please place tape over the ripped/damaged area and dispose of the damaged weighted packet correctly, by bringing it to your local recycling facility. Do not throw away the damaged weighted packet and contents in the normal garbage.
